    This afternoon I smashed out an awesome workout at the gym and I am feeling so accomplished I have already acheived one of my goals which was to run 1km faster by a minute so when I started I was running 1km in 6:40mins and today I ran it in 5:38mins I am so proud of my accomplishment .     Hey everyone, Welcome to my fitness journey! For the next four weeks i will be pushing myself mentaly and physically to reach my full fitness potential. I will be posting daily about my fitness routines and nutrition, hoping to encourage and motivate you to become fit and healthy with me! So stay tuned for updates and tips for a healthy lifestyle. During these four weeks i want to reach five fitness goals 1. Decrease the time it takes me to run 1km by a minute 2. Increase the abount of pushups, chin ups, squats, burpees and box jumps that i can do in 1min 3. Improve balancing work, school, healthy eating and exercise 4.
