    Thai style Ginger Stir-Fry This is a delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹ low carb dinner recipe! Try it... 2 boneless pork chops sliced or cubed 2 peppers cleaned and sliced thinly 1 bunch Broccolini 1 shallot chopped 2 Cloves of garlic minced 2 Tbsp Braggs liquid Aminos 1 small piece of ginger grated with a microplane 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp peanut butter 1 Tbsp hot sauce 1. In sautรฉ pan add olive oil and heat 2 min 2. Add shallot and garlic cook till lightly browned 3. Add pork and peppers cook for 5 mins 4. Add PB, Hot sauce & soy sauce 5. Simmer for 10 mins on low. 6. Add Broccolini and finish cooking for 10 mins or till pork is fully cooked! Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜Š makes 2 servings
