"One day people will look back and remember how beautiful it once was". Today (January 13th) has been four years since the best speech ever made took place at #GoldenGlobes2013. I remember lots of people saying that the speech had not been planned and that's why she was so nervous. Did they speak to Jodie Foster before the ceremony to know such thing? Jodie's actual words on the subject: "(I'd scripted) every word. I didn't want to get it wrong. Everything I have to say on that subject, I said that night. I can be vague. Vague is moving to me." (Source: The New York Times 2016). Well, if I make an effort I can understand people being confused or puzzled after listening to it once if they're not that interested but the way I see it I think it's a powerful and brilliant speech that leaves a lasting impression on you and is in no way vague or rambling.
This speech is one of the main reasons why the world's more interesting with Jodie Foster in it. Period. #jodiefoster
