Been working on this movement for a couple of weeks now; “Seated Good Morning”
Time under tension is key on this movement I wouldn’t go heavy that’s for sure.
Tension placed on the hamstrings with some lower back involvement, managed to minimise it’s activation with the progression however.
Anyone can do this movement.
