I woke up like this!! Starting to wake up feeling fuller and stronger. I was going to take a day off but now I'm having second thoughts. Making a great pre work out meal at the moment...interested in what it is?
6 eggs Scrambled (mixture of whole eggs and and egg whites)
6 pieces of lean Canadian bacon Trader Joe's
1 Thomas plain bagel toasted with very light cream cheese 1/3 fat. •
Eating 4-5 of these high caloric meals does make a difference....nutrition is key. Happy Sunday!
