First rhubarb crumble!! Bought the rhubarb at our lovely Bexley Village Country Market, locally grown and super fresh!
I used about 10 stalks or rhubarb, chopped it and cooked it for about 6 minutes on full in the microwave. I added a tsp of agave nectar to sweeten it.
For the crumble I used 120g of each oatmeal, whole meal flour and porridge oats, added a tsp cinnamon and worked in 150g butter and 50g sugar. Baked in the oven for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees, served with custard and fresh berries, yum!
