Tomorrow will be my first day alone with both girls... and well I'm nervous 😅 but I know I'll get through it.... anyway, we plan all our meals for the week and I make sure dinners are simple. I try to make one pot meals and/or meals I can put into the slow cooker. Tonight we had dairy free creamy mushroom pasta 🍝 and mannnnnnnnnn it was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🤤🤤🤤🤤 it was so delicious my husband and I were fighting over the little bit that was left in the pan 😂 recipe below 👇🏿

Sauté chopped red onions with minced garlic, for about 4 minutes. Add chopped Bella mushrooms 🍄 ( or any mushroom that you enjoy) sauté together with garlic and onions for 4 more minutes. Add about two cups of non dairy milk ( or you can use dairy milk, I used some almond milk I made a few days ago). Then add veggie or chicken broth to mixture about 1.5 cups. Add pasta and let the mixture boil until the pasta is done. Turn off heat and add sea salt to taste, dried or fresh basil, a bit of lemon juice 🤤🤤🔥🔥🔥 All done in one pot!!! thank me later! 😜
